If you have 30 minutes and six basic ingredients, you can make this one-dish meal tonight!

Ingredients

1 3/4
cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)
2
cups broccoli flowerets
1
cup cut-up fully cooked smoked turkey
1 1/2
teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1/2
cup uncooked couscous
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

Directions

  • 1 Heat broth to boiling in 10-inch skillet. Stir in broccoli, turkey and tarragon. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  • 2 Stir in couscous; remove from heat. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  • 3 Fluff couscous mixture with fork. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Tips

Love bratwurst? Use fully cooked smoked bratwurst, cut into 1-inch slices, as a delicious replacement for the smoked turkey.

Couscous is granular semolina--or pasta. The word couscous also refers to a famous North African dish containing couscous, meat, chickpeas and raisins.
