Turkey, lettuce and veggies layered between bread slices flavored with artichoke dip makes creamy sandwiches ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

slices marble-rye bread

cup refrigerated artichoke dip
1/2
lb thinly sliced smoked turkey (from deli)

thin slices onion

thin slices tomato

leaves lettuce

Directions

  • 1 On each of 4 slices bread, spread 2 tablespoons artichoke dip. Layer each with turkey, onion, tomato, lettuce and remaining bread.
Tips  

Feel free to toast the bread first before assembling the sandwiches.

Substitute your favorite whole-grain or white bread for the rye.
