S'more Dip

As quick as kids jump off the bus after school, this marshmallowy dip mixes together in the microwave. All the great taste of real S'mores but without the campfire!

Tips & Techniques

  • High Altitude (3500-6500 ft):

    No change.

  • Store leftover dip, covered, in the refrigerator. If using plastic wrap, remove it when the dip is completely cold or the wrap will stick. To reheat the dip, uncover and microwave it on High for 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until the chocolate is softened.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2  cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1  can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/2  cup marshmallow creme
  • 1  box (13 oz) graham cracker honey sticks

Directions

  1. 1In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and condensed milk on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chips are melted. Stir to mix well. Pour into 9-inch glass pie pan, spreading evenly.
  2. 2Drop marshmallow creme by tablespoonfuls randomly over chocolate mixture. Microwave on High about 30 seconds or until marshmallow creme is softened. Immediately with knife, make several small swirls through marshmallow and chocolate, creating a marbled appearance.
  3. 3Serve immediately with graham sticks for dipping.

Hi! You could experiment with making the dip in a pot on the stove. If you try it that way, let us know how it turns out!

This sounds deliciously FUN! I will make it next time I have my grandchildren here but will use gluten free pretzels instead of the grahams. I'm glad I read the previous posts because if not for kmskid66 posting about pretzels I wouldn't have thought of that.
