    Ingredients

    • 1 box (10 count) Nature Valley Dark Chocolate Granola Thins
    • 8 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate
    • marshmallows (mini or large)
    • colored sprinkles
    • lollipop sticks or colored drink stirrers

    Directions

    1. 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
    2. 2Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted, making sure not to burn.
    3. 3Lay the unwrapped Granola Thins on the parchment paper. You can place them chocolate side up (down is also okay but will yield a more chocolate flavored pop). Dip the end of the sticks in the chocolate and then on the middle of the Granola Thins. Place sheet in the fridge or freezer to harden for about 5 minutes.
    4. 4While chocolate is hardening, slice your marshmallows in half lengthwise. Dip the backs of the marshmallows in the remaining melted chocolate, then arrange on the granola thins. Place back in the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes to harden.
    5. 5You may need to reheat your dipping chocolate at this point if it has hardened at all. Now take a spoon and drizzle the chocolate over the entire front of the Granola Thin and marshmallow pieces. Place on parchment paper to dry, and return to the fridge or freezer to harden up.
    6. 6Once chocolate has hardened you can serve or wrap in clear cellophane as gifts.
