Ingredients

  • 6  ounces tomatillos, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1  medium tomato, seeded and chopped (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1  small green bell pepper, diced (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1  small red bell pepper, diced (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1  small yellow bell pepper, diced (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1  jar (1 ounce) pine nuts (1/4 cup), toasted
  • 2  cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1  tablespoon chopped fresh sage leaves
  • 1  tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4  teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chilled. 4 cups salsa.
