Ingredients

  • 1  egg, beaten
  • 1/3  cup milk
  • 1  (8.5-oz.) can cream style corn
  • 4  oz. (1 cup) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1  (6-oz.) pkg. Martha White® Mexican Cornbread Mix

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Grease medium ovenproof skillet. Place in oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until hot.

  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into hot skillet.

  3. Bake at 425°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
