Expert Tips

Cilantro is a popular herb used in many Southwest-style recipes. It has a pungent flavor and aroma with a cool, minty overtone. Sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro over the turkey just before serving to add extra flavor to this dish.
