Two organic cereals bake with dried fruit and a touch of honey and spice for a delicious munchy snack.

Ingredients

Cooking spray
3
tablespoons honey
1
teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1
teaspoon water
1
cup Cascadian Farm® organic multi grain cereal squares
1
cup Cascadian Farm® organic oats & honey granola
1
cup bite-size pretzel twists
1
cup dried cranberries or golden raisins

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix honey, pumpkin pie spice and water.
  • 3 In large bowl, mix cereal, granola and pretzels. Spray lightly (15 seconds) with cooking spray, tossing once or twice. Stir in cranberries. Drizzle honey mixture over cereal mixture; toss gently to coat. Spread evenly in pan.
  • 4 Bake 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
Tips  

No pumpkin pie spice? Use a combination of 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice.
