Ingredients

cup almonds, chopped
1/2
cup walnuts, chopped
1/4
cup hemp seeds
1/4
cup pumpkin seeds
1
cup Apple Cinnamon Cheerios™ cereal
1/2
teaspoon cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4
teaspoon salt
1
tablespoon coconut oil
1/2
cup honey

Directions

  • 1 In a medium-sized container, mix the almonds, walnuts, hemp and pumpkin seeds, Cheerios™, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and salt.
  • 2 In a small pot, heat the coconut oil and honey. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  • 3 Add the honey mix to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully incorporated.
  • 4 Pour the mix out onto a small baking sheet and cover with non-stick pan lining paper. Bake at 300ºF for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • 5 Cut into bars of desired size. Serve, and enjoy!
