A classic, spicy Argentine marinade that is great on beef or chicken.

Ingredients

small red onion, chopped
2
red jalapeños, chopped
3
cloves garlic, chopped
1/2
cup fresh parsley, packed
1/2
cup red wine vinegar
1/3
cup olive oil
1
teaspoon kosher salt
1
teaspoon black pepper
1/2
teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

  • 1 Add red onion, jalapeño, garlic, parsley and other ingredients to a small food processor and pulse until combined. Marinate beef, pork or chicken for at least an hour (or overnight).
