Spicy, savory, cheesy - this hearty breakfast sandwich hits all the right notes. The addition of brie makes it special enough for a holiday.

Ingredients

can (12 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. Golden Layers™ refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/4
cup butter, melted
1
tablespoon orange juice
1/3
cup red pepper jelly
1/3
lb thinly sliced cooked honey ham (from deli)
4
oz (half of 8-oz round) Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 10 pieces

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. On ungreased cookie sheet, place biscuits 2 inches apart. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix melted butter and orange juice. Immediately brush mixture on hot biscuits.
  • 3 Set oven control to broil. Split warm biscuits. Spread pepper jelly on cut sides of biscuits. Divide ham among biscuit bottoms; top each with 1 cheese piece. Return to cookie sheet.
  • 4 Broil with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cover with biscuit tops. Serve immediately.
Tips  

Wrap leftover sliders in foil and refrigerate. Reheat at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes or until warm.
