Ingredients

  • 1 1 10 oz frozen spinach or fresh spinach equivalent
  • 2 16 oz Sour cream - Light tastes the same as regular
  • 3 1 cup Mayonaise - can use light or miracle whip whatever you prefer
  • 4 3 Scallions chopped
  • 5 1 Package of Knorr Vegetable Soup mix in the box
  • 6 Many Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 7 1 Shepherder bowl bread, french baguette or King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread
  • 8 1 Extra breads, veggies, crackers for dipping

Directions

  1. Mix all but bread and chill for at least 2 hours or even overnight

  2. Cut out middle of whatever bread you choose and put in a gallon bag, broken into chunks for dipping

  3. Fill the bread bowl with mix.

  4. I put the mix in the bowl, cover with foil and put back into the bag that the bread or tin it came in. You tear up the rest of the bag and put the chunks of bread into ziplocs and Tah Dah - no containers to take home if you're at a party

  5. Other great additives are cooked chunk chicken or Parmesan cheese or any kind of cheese. I get this request at every event I attend, mostly because of the Worcetershire.
