The subtle bite of goat cheese, fresh berries and the crunch of granola make this more than the unsung side salad.

Ingredients

cups ready-to-eat spinach (from 9- or 10-oz bag)

cup sliced strawberries
3/4
cup Gluten Free Chex™ granola mix mixed berry almond
1/4
cup crumbled goat cheese (1 oz)
Gluten-free balsamic dressing

Directions

  • 1 Among 4 plates, divide spinach.
  • 2 Top with strawberries, granola and goat cheese. Drizzle with dressing.
Tips  

No gluten-free balsamic dressing? Yes, you can use other gluten-free viniagrette dressings; just expect a different flavor.

Packaged mixed salad greens that are already cleaned and ready to use are available in the produce section of the supermarket and can be used instead of the spinach. A 10-oz bag is about 7 cups of greens. The Italian variety is especially pretty.
