Ingredients

medium carrot

cup soft cream cheese with garden vegetables

flour tortillas (10 inches across)

slices thinly sliced cooked turkey

slices mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • 1 Peel the carrot with the vegetable peeler.
  • 2 Shred carrot into long, skinny pieces, using the grater (you will need this in step 4).
  • 3 Spread 1/3 cup of the cream cheese evenly over each tortilla, using the table knife.
  • 4 Top each tortilla with 3 slices of the turkey, 3 slices of the cheese and half of the shredded carrots. Roll up the tortillas.
  • 5 Cut each tortilla roll into 8 slices, using the serrated knife. Serve right away. Wrap any leftover slices with plastic wrap, and put them in the refrigerator.
