Enjoy these savory biscuits made using three types of cheese and Bisquick® Original baking mix. Perfect for a Halloween treat!

Ingredients

cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
2/3
cup milk
1
package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1
cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
2
slices ( 3/4 ounce each) Swiss cheese
16
slices ripe or pimiento-stuffed green olives

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 450°. Stir baking mix and milk until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball; knead 10 times.
  • 2 Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch round cutter. Cut each circle in half. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 3 Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese on rounded edge of each biscuit. Roll in Cheddar cheese.
  • 4 Cut 1-inch circles from Swiss cheese slices; place circle on center of each biscuit. Top with olive slice.
Tips  

You also can use American or Cheddar cheese slices instead of the Swiss cheese.

Use a scissors, sharp knife or small round cutter to cut the Swiss cheese into circles.
