  • High Altitude (3500-6500 ft):

    No change.

  • You choose the toppings! Vary the tasty treats atop the cookie pizza to make it just the way your family likes it best.

Ingredients

  • 1  roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
  • 2  cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1  cup spring-colored candy-coated chocolate candies
  • 1/2  cup spring-colored miniature jelly beans
  • Spring-colored decors or candy sprinkles

Directions

  1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; grease foil with shortening. Cut cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices; arrange evenly in pan. With floured fingers, press slices to form crust.
  2. 2Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows evenly over warm base. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until marshmallows just begin to puff. Cool 5 minutes.
  3. 3Use foil to lift crust from pan. Carefully remove foil from crust; place crust on serving platter or tray. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cut into wedges or squares.

I made this for easter. It was such a cute dish! It was also very yummy. I did make a few alterations..I omitted the Jelly beans, as we aren't a big jelly bean family. Also, We did 1/2 chocolate chip and 1/2 sugar cookie crust. The chocolate chip was a little too much done for my taste, however the chocolate lovers thought it was great :) Only other change I made, was that I put the candy coated chocolates on the "pizza" as soon as I took it out of the oven. This was a very lovely dish, and I wll be adding this into my spring dessert rotation.
