    Ingredients

    • DRESSING
    • 1/2  cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4  cup dairy sour cream
    • 2  tablespoons minced chives
    • 1  teaspoon celery salt
    • 1  teaspoon sugar
    • 1/2  teaspoon white pepper
    • SALAD
    • 1  (16-oz.) pkg. Green Giant® LeSueur® Frozen Baby Early Peas, thawed, drained well
    • 1  cup sliced carrots
    • 1  cup cubed jicama
    • 1/3  cup diagonally sliced celery
    • 1  cup cucumber slices, cut in half
    • Chopped cashews garnish, if desired

    Directions

    1. 1In medium bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Set aside.
    2. 2In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients; mix gently. Pour dressing over vegetables. Stir to coat evenly. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to enable flavors to blend. Serve as individual salads or in large salad bowl. Garnish with cashews.
