Easy to decorate in no time! It's delicious, too.

Ingredients

box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ white cake mix
Water, butter and egg whites called for on cake mix box
1
container Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting
Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors orange, blue and purple sugars

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make, bake and cool cake as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan.
  • 2 Frost with frosting.
  • 3 To decorate: Gently press cookie cutter into frosting on cake where you want sugar design; remove cutter and dip bottom edge into one of the sugars, then gently press cutter back into same stamped image on cake; remove. Continue with other remaining sugars and different sizes of cookie cutters as desired. Store loosely covered.
Tips  

Pressing the clean cookie cutter into frosting before dipping in sugar will help the sugar adhere to the cutter. It's important only for the first dip.

Use a set of nested cookie cutters (same shape, different sizes) to give a fun look to the decorations.
