Indulge in the wild with this incredible foil packet recipe. As easy as they are delicious, and perfect for tossing on the campfire!

Ingredients

packet Old El Paso™ Tortilla Stuffers™ carne asada steak
2
eggs
1/2
cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Heavy-duty foil

Directions

  • 1 Open the Tortilla Stuffers™ packet and place half of the rice mixture on one large sheet of foil, and the remaining on a second large sheet of foil.
  • 2 Crack a single egg over the top of the rice mixture for each portion.
  • 3 Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar over each egg.
  • 4 Fold the foil at the top and ends, and place over warm campfire coals or on a grill turned to low heat. Cook for 3-8 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
  • 5 Serve straight out of the foil and enjoy!
