Pork tenderloin is a versatile, quick-cooking cut of meat that's nice to keep on hand in the freezer.

Ingredients

1
(3/4-lb.) pork tenderloin, cut into thin bite-sized strips
5
oz. Japanese or Chinese curly noodles
2
cups water
2
cups frozen sugar snap peas
1/3
cup purchased Korean teriyaki stir-fry sauce

Directions

  • 1 Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until browned and no longer pink.
  • 2 Add noodles and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 3 minutes. Add peas; mix well. Cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender.
  • 3 Add stir-fry sauce; mix well. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
