    Ingredients

    • 1 Cup Chocolate Stout
    • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
    • 1 Bunch Scallions
    • 1 Clove Garlic
    • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
    • 1 Teaspoon Honey
    • Black Pepper
    • Food Should Taste Good Chocolate Tortilla Chips
    • 2 Slices Cooked Bacon

    Directions

    1. 1Place all ingredients except for the bacon into the food processor
    2. 2Process until smooth. At first it will be watery but if you pulse and scrape the sides a few times, it will whip up to a nice sour cream-like consistency.
    3. 3Pour into serving dish, top with bacon and more scallions, and serve with the chips.
