    Fresh juicy strawberries please a party with perked-up crackers and cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1  (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2  tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1  cup coarsely chopped fresh watercress
  • 18  medium fresh strawberries
  • 36  (2 to 2 1/2-inch) round wheat crackers

Directions

  1. 1In small bowl, combine cream cheese, marmalade and watercress; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  2. 2Cut each strawberry in half lengthwise. Refrigerate berries until serving time.
  3. 3Just before serving, spoon rounded teaspoonful cheese mixture onto each cracker. Top each with strawberry half, cut side down; press gently into cheese mixture.
