Ingredients

(8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

tablespoons orange marmalade

cup coarsely chopped fresh watercress

medium fresh strawberries

(2 to 2 1/2-inch) round wheat crackers

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, combine cream cheese, marmalade and watercress; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  • 2 Cut each strawberry in half lengthwise. Refrigerate berries until serving time.
  • 3 Just before serving, spoon rounded teaspoonful cheese mixture onto each cracker. Top each with strawberry half, cut side down; press gently into cheese mixture.
