    Ingredients

    • 1 Cup Quinoa
    • 2 Cups Milk
    • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    • 1  Banana
    • 10  Strawberries

    Directions

    1. 1Mix the milk, quinoa, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Lower heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until quinoa is cooked and milk is absorbed.
    2. 2Dice up half the banana and strawberries and about 3/4 of the way through cooking stir them into the quinoa.
    3. 3After quinoa rests about 5 minutes, spoon into bowls and top with remaining sliced fruit.
