    Ingredients

    • 1 3.2 oz packages white chocolate instant pudding
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
    • 2 cups Yoplait strawberry yogurt
    • 18  graham crackers
    • 1/3 cup seedless strawberry jam

    Directions

    1. 1Pour the pudding mix into a large bowl. Add milk and stir for two minutes.
    2. 2Add the yogurt and whipped topping and stir to combine.
    3. 3Spread graham crackers with strawberry jam, and arrange in a single layer in your pan or baking dish.
    4. 4Pour 2 cups of the strawberry filling over the crackers, and gently spread into an even layer.
    5. 5Repeat process with layers of graham crackers, jam and filling. You should have three layers of each, with a layer of the strawberry filling on top.
    6. 6Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.
    7. 7To serve, slice and garnish as desired.

    I have never heard of making an "ice box" cake. This looks so delicious and interesting I am going to try it for my Sweety for a Valentines Day surprise. I think I will use the sugar free strawberry jam though, I love the fresh taste it has compared to the regular strawberry jam. I think it would only add to the wow factor and be awesome. Thank you for sharing.
