    Ingredients

    • 1/2  cup PROGRESSO® Italian Breadcrumbs
    • 1/2  cup ground sausage
    • 1/4  cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1  teaspoon paprika
    • 1  egg
    • 10  mushrooms
    • 1  tablespoons vegetable oil

    Directions

    1. 1In skillet, crumble and cook sausage until browned; set aside.
    2. 2Carefully remove stems from mushroom caps and rub the caps with oil.
    3. 3In bowl, mix breadcrumbs, sausage, cheese and egg.
    4. 4Fill each mushroom cap with a spoonful of the mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350°F. for 10 minutes; serve.
