    Ingredients

    • 3  cups cooked Basic Stuffing
    • 1  cup cubed cooked 97%-fat-free ham
    • 1  (8-oz.) carton (1 cup) refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product, thawed
    • 1  (9-oz.) pkg. mushroom sauce mix
    • 1 1/4  cups skim milk

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine stuffing, ham and egg product; mix well. Spoon into sprayed pan.
    2. 2Bake at 400°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    3. 3Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine sauce mix and milk; cook according to package directions. Serve sauce over egg bake.
