Sugar Cookie Butter Dump Cake

Sweet and creamy cookie butter under a simple sugar cookie topping!

Ingredients

(14 oz.) container cookie butter
1
(14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3
eggs
1
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1
package Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
3/4
cup salted butter, melted

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • 2 Add cookie butter, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and cinnamon to mixing bowl. Stir well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • 3 Sprinkle dry cookie mix evenly over cookie butter batter. Drizzle the top evenly with melted butter.
  • 4 Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • 5 Cool for 30 minutes before cutting and serving.

Stir together the cookie butter, condensed milk, eggs and cinnamon. Heaven.

Spread it all up in your greased 9x13-inch pan.

Dump the package of sugar cookie mix right over the top. No need to prepare the dough—just dump the dry ingredients right on top!

Then drizzle melted butter over the top. I used salted butter because I like the way the saltiness contrasts with the sweet cookie dough. It’s divine.
