Pair lemonade and beer for our light, refreshing Summer Shandy that's ready in just five minutes.

Ingredients

1/4
cup yellow sugar
1
lemon wedge
1
bottle or can (12 oz) regular or nonalcoholic light beer, chilled
1/2
cup chilled lemonade

Directions

  • 1 Sprinkle yellow sugar on small plate. Moisten rims of 2 glasses with lemon wedge, then dip rims into sugar.
  • 2 Add 3/4 cup beer and 1/4 cup lemonade to each glass; stir. Serve immediately.
Tips  

Instead of rimming the glasses with yellow sugar, garnish with a lemon slice.

When choosing the beer, look for an American light beer.
