Combine just four ingredients in an Asian-inspired meal--ready in only 20 minutes!

Ingredients

teaspoons vegetable oil

boneless pork loin chops (4 oz each), cut into thin bite-size strips
1 1/4
cups water
1
bag (19 oz) frozen stir-fry sweet & sour meal starter
1
package (3 or 3.5 oz) pork- or chicken-flavor ramen noodle soup mix

Directions

  • 1 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
  • 2 Add water and contents of meal starter. Increase heat to high; heat to boiling.
  • 3 Break ramen noodles into small pieces; add to skillet. Stir in contents of seasoning packet from soup mix. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender and noodles are tender.
Tips  

To add crunch, sprinkle with chow mein noodles just before serving.
