  • 1  (1 lb. 5-oz.) Green Giant® Create a Meal!® Frozen Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Meal Starter
  • 1 1/2  cups water
  • 1/3  cup purchased teriyaki baste and glaze
  • 2  cups uncooked instant white rice
  • 1  lb. shelled deveined uncooked medium shrimp, tails removed
  • 1  cup chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine contents of sauce packet, contents of pineapple packet, water, and teriyaki baste and glaze; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Add vegetables from meal starter and shrimp; mix well. Pour into sprayed casserole. Cover.

  3. Bake at 375°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and shrimp turn pink. Stir; sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
