Ingredients

  • 1  pound beef boneless sirloin or round steak
  • 1  package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1  tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2  large cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1  medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1  medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1  medium onion, cut into wedges
  • 1  can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
  • 1/2  cup sweet-and-sour sauce
  • 1  tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. 1. Trim fat from beef. Cut beef into 3/4-inch pieces.

  2. 2. Cook and drain tortellini as directed on package.

  3. 3. Heat wok or 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add oil; rotate wok to coat side. Add beef and garlic; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until beef is brown. Add bell peppers and onion; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  4. 4. Add tortellini and remaining ingredients; cook and stir about 1 minute or until tortellini is heated through.
