Ingredients

  • DRESSING
  • 1/4  cup oil
  • 1  tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 3  tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1  tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4  teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • SALAD
  • 1  (1-lb.) pkg. Green Giant® Niblets® Frozen Corn
  • 1/4  cup julienne-cut (2x1/8x1/8-inch) sweet onion
  • 1/4  cup julienne-cut (2x1/8x1/8-inch) carrot
  • 1/4  cup sliced radishes
  • 1/4  cup sliced green onions

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate while cooking corn.

  2. Bring large saucepan of water to a boil. Add corn; cook 1 to 2 minutes. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Pat dry with paper towels.

  3. Add cooked corn and all remaining salad ingredients to dressing; toss gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to blend flavors.
