    Ingredients

    • 2 1/2  cups Original Bisquick® mix
    • 1/3  cup butter or margarine, softened
    • 1  cup mashed cooked sweet potatoes
    • 1/2  cup milk

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 450°. Stir all ingredients until soft dough forms.
    2. 2Place dough on surface dusted with Bisquick; roll in Bisquick to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 3 or 4 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter dipped in Bisquick. Place with edges touching on ungreased cookie sheet.
    3. 3Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
