    Ingredients

    • 1  lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    • 1  medium onion, cut into thin wedges
    • 1 1/2  cups fresh baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise
    • 1  (14 1/2-oz.) can ready-to-serve beef broth
    • 1/2  cup purchased Szechuan stir-fry sauce
    • 2  tablespoons honey
    • 4  oz. (1 1/2 cups) uncooked fine egg noodles
    • 1 1/2  cups fresh snow pea pods, cut in half crosswise
    • 1/4  cup chopped cashews, if desired

    Directions

    1. 1Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef; cook and stir until browned. Remove beef from skillet.
    2. 2In same skillet, combine onion and carrots; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in broth, stir-fry sauce and honey. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    3. 3Stir in egg noodles; cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Add beef and pea pods; cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until pea pods are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with cashews.
