Try this delicious twist on the traditional Middle Eastern salad.

Ingredients

box Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® classic pasta salad mix
Water and vegetable oil called for on salad mix box
1 1/2
cups diced English (seedless) cucumber
1 1/2
cups grape tomatoes, halved

scallions, thinly sliced (1/3 cup)

tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4
cup chopped fresh mint leaves
1/4
cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions

  • 1 Make pasta salad as directed on box.
  • 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad.
