A fun twist on the traditional potato salad that's great for summer picnics and family gatherings.

Ingredients

pounds new potatoes (scubbed and quartered)
1/2
cup Italian salad dressing
3/4
cup mayonnaise
1/4
cup chopped green onions

teaspoons chopped fresh dill
1
teaspoon Dijon mustard
1
teaspoon lemon juice
1/4
teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

Directions

  • 1 Fill large pot with water and bring to boil. Add potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • 2 Meanwhile in large bowl stir together salad dressing, mayonnaise, green onions, dill, mustard, lemon juice and pepper. Add cooled potatoes and stir until coated.
