    Ingredients

    • Mestemacher Whole Rye Bread
    • 1 can Sardines in oil
    • 1  English cucumber
    • Light Mayo
    • Italian parsley

    Directions

    1. 1Cut each thin slice of bread in 3 pieces, lightly toast. Spread with Mayo. Place 1 Sardine on one side of bread. Complete with thin slice of cucumber on other side. Place few leaves of parsley in between. Enjoy as an appetizer!
