Salad for 14 is as simple as tossing fresh fruit with a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

Salad

container (16 oz) fresh strawberries, halved (about 3 cups)
2
cups whole dark sweet cherries or 2 fresh mangoes, peeled, pitted, chopped
1
cup seedless green grapes
1
cup fresh blueberries

Dressing

1/4
cup pomegranate juice or grape juice
1
tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon honey
1
teaspoon instant tea mix

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, mix salad ingredients.
  • 2 In jar with tight-fitting lid, shake dressing ingredients until well mixed.
  • 3 Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
Tips  

To make this salad up to 2 hours ahead, leave the strawberries whole or hold off on adding the dressing until you're ready to serve it.

Pomegranate juice can be found in single-serve bottles in delis or beverage machines, or in larger economy-size containers in the juice aisle of the grocery store.
