Add Mexican cuisine to your dinner. Enjoy this cheesy pizza made with sausages and salsa – ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

pound bulk chorizo or pork sausage

Italian bread shell or purchased pizza crust (12 inches in diameter)

cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 ounces)

jar (8 ounces) salsa
1/2
cup chopped bell pepper
1/2
cup drained canned black beans or 1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 450ºF. Cook sausage in 8-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle bread shell with 1 cup of the cheese. Top with salsa, sausage, bell pepper and beans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • 2 Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted.
Tips  

Need to fix dinner in a hurry? "Quick" is the key word for this delicious pizza. Add a tossed salad and fresh fruit, and off you go.
