    Ingredients

    • 1 pouch from a (3.3 ounce) Betty Crocker Homestyle Creamy Butter Potatoes (and ingredients called for on the package)
    • 1 can (18 ounce) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ Creamy Three Cheese cooking sauce
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 9 -10 no boil lasagna noodles
    • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Green Giant cut green beans, drained
    • 1 cup cooked turkey breast, diced
    • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 11x7" baking dish lightly with non-stick spray.
    2. 2Prepare 1 pouch of the mashed potatoes according to package directions and set aside.
    3. 3Add the garlic to the Recipe Starters Creamy Three Cheese cooking sauce and stir. I do this right in the can.
    4. 4Pour about 1/2 cup of the three cheese cooking sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
    5. 5Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, breaking the noodles to fit if necessary. Place dollops of mashed potatoes on top of the noodles (about 1/2 cup). Sprinkle 1/2 cup of turkey, 1/2 cup of green beans, and drizzle 1/2 cup of cooking sauce on top. Repeat layers (noodles, mashed potatoes, turkey, green beans, cooking sauce).
    6. 6To finish the lasagna, place one more layer of noodles, sprinkle any remaining mashed potatoes, and drizzle with remaining cooking sauce. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    7. 7Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for 5 more minutes to brown cheese. Let lasagna cool for ten minutes, then serve.
