Spiral-shaped pasta holds flavor-packed bits of tomatoes, feta cheese, olives and basil in this elegant meatless entrée.

Ingredients

Radiatore (nugget) pasta
Olive oil
Roma (plum) tomato, chopped
Crumbled feta cheese
Sliced ripe olives
Fresh basil leaves, chopped
Coarsely ground pepper

Directions

  • 1 Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Toss with a little olive oil. Toss with remaining ingredients except pepper (about 1 cup each tomatoes and cheese and 1/2 cup each olives and basil to 4 cups cooked pasta). Serve with pepper.
