This two step chicken and veggies salad with a sprinkling of dried fruits and a hint of citrus is perfect for a filling dinner that’s ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

cup reduced-fat ranch dressing

teaspoons Dijon mustard

tablespoon fresh lemon juice

teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1/4
teaspoon dried thyme leaves

cups cubed cooked chicken

medium stalk celery, sliced (1/2 cup)

medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)

cup dried cherries
1/4
cup golden raisins

tablespoons sunflower nuts

Directions

  • 1 In medium bowl, mix dressing and mustard. Stir in lemon juice, tarragon and thyme.
  • 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until chilled.
