Enjoy a classic dessert just for two, bursting with berry flavors.

Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Grands!™ frozen southern-style biscuits (from 25-oz bag)

cup fresh blueberries
1/3
cup fresh raspberries
1/3
cup sliced fresh strawberries

to 2 teaspoons powdered sugar

cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on bag. Place on plate. Cool uncovered in refrigerator 10 minutes.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix berries and powdered sugar.
  • 3 To serve, split biscuits; fill with berries. Top with whipped cream.
Tips  

Sprinkle the unbaked biscuits with a little sugar to make them extra-special.
