Want to try a baked dessert using Betty Crocker™ muffin mix? Then check out this delicious cobbler featuring three types of berries.

Ingredients

3
cups fresh blackberries
3
cups fresh raspberries
3
cups fresh blueberries
1
cup sugar
1/4
cup cornstarch
1
box Betty Crocker™ Premium Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ muffin mix
3/4
cup milk
1/4
cup vegetable oil
2
eggs

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix berries, sugar and cornstarch. Spoon into baking dish. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • 3 Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir muffin mix, milk, oil and eggs just until blended. Spoon batter over hot filling. Sprinkle with streusel topping from muffin mix box.
  • 4 Bake 25 minutes longer or until filling is bubbly and toothpick inserted in topping comes out clean. Serve warm.
Tips

Replace one of the berries with sliced strawberries. Or make your own combination of berries, as long as it equals 9 cups of fruit.
