Make fresh summer berries the star of this 4-ingredient cookie pie.

Ingredients

package Pillsbury™ Ready To Bake!™ Big Deluxe™ Limited Edition refrigerated Hershey's® hot fudge brownie cookies
1
package Pillsbury™ Ready To Bake!™ refrigerated chocolate chunk & chip cookies
2
cups fresh berries (such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
Few scoops of your favorite ice cream

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Reserve 10 to 12 cookies. With fingers, crumble remaining cookies into ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle fresh berries over cookie dough. Crumble reserved cookies over top.
  • 3 Bake 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Cool 2 to 3 minutes. Top with ice cream to serve.

Tips  

A cast-iron skillet can be used instead of the pie plate. The cookie pie might be a little crisper but still yummy!

If you don't have Pillsbury™ Ready To Bake!™ Big Deluxe™ Limited Edition refrigerated Hershey's™ hot fudge brownie cookies on hand you can use 2 packages of Pillsbury™ Ready To Bake!™ refrigerated chocolate chunk & chip cookies or Pillsbury™ Ready To Bake!™ refrigerated chocolate chip cookies with Hershey's® chocolate chips.

Although frozen berries are widely available year round, for better results I recommend using fresh berries.
