cup blueberries

cup sugar

cup raspberry- or orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice

cups lemon sorbet or sherbet

Directions

  • 1 Toss berries, sugar and liqueur. Let stand 1 hour.
  • 2 Top each shortcake cup with sorbet and berries.
