    Ingredients

    • 1/4  cup low-sugar orange marmalade spread
    • 2  teaspoons cream sherry or orange juice
    • 1  pint (2 cups) frozen lowfat orange yogurt
    • 2  cups sliced fruit (strawberries, pineapple or kiwifruit)
    • 4  teaspoons coconut

    Directions

    1. 1In small saucepan, combine orange marmalade spread and sherry.* Cook over low heat until marmalade is melted, stirring constantly. Cool 5 minutes.
    2. 2In 4 parfait dishes, layer frozen yogurt, fruit and marmalade mixture. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
