    Ingredients

    • 5 1/2  oz. (1 1/4 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni
    • 1  cup cubed, cooked turkey
    • 4  oz. (1 cup) julienne-cut Swiss cheese
    • 1/2  cup thinly sliced carrots
    • 1/4  cup sliced celery
    • 1/4  cup chopped green pepper
    • 1/4  cup sliced green onions
    • 1  (2-oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained
    • 1/2  cup prepared Italian dressing
    • Salt and pepper, if desired
    • Lettuce leaves

    Directions

    1. 1Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinsewith cold water.
    2. 2In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Cover;
    3. 3refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve in lettuce-lined serving bowl.
