    Ingredients

    • 2  teaspoons olive oil
    • 1  lb. boneless turkey breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 1  cup frozen diced green bell pepper
    • 1  (1-lb.) pkg. frozen stew vegetables (potatoes, onions, celery and carrots)
    • 1  (1.1-oz.) pkg. dry beefy onion soup mix
    • 1  cup water
    • 1 1/2  teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1  small bay leaf

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oil in large saucepan over high heat until hot. Add turkey; cook and stir until browned.
    2. 2Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.
